1. International Sales Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing overseas customers of network communication equipment, expanding global market channels, and completing sales targets
- Maintain existing customer resources, promote core products including switches, routers, firewalls, AP, network software and other communication equipment
- Follow up the whole process of foreign trade orders, including customer negotiation, quotation, order docking, logistics follow-up and after-sales communication
- Conduct market research, understand industry dynamics and customer needs, and provide targeted product solutions
- Participate in online and overseas international exhibitions, industry exchanges, and expand brand awareness and customer resources
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major in International Trade, Business English, Electronic Communication or related fields
- Proficient in oral and written English, able to communicate with overseas customers fluently and conduct business negotiation
- Familiar with B2B foreign trade business process, experience in international sales of network communication equipment is preferred
- Master basic product knowledge of network communication equipment, familiar with mainstream brands such as Cisco, Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet, Juniper, Ruckus, Brocade, Maipu, Mellanox, Ruijie, H3C, Arista, Dell, MikroTik, Ubiquiti (UBNT), and Avaya
- Strong customer development ability, communication skills, negotiation skills and sense of responsibility, with good team spirit
- Familiar with international trade rules, cross-border business operation, proficient in using foreign trade tools and office software
2. Foreign Trade Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the company's independent website, background management, product uploading and information optimization
- Assist in sorting out foreign trade documents, order data statistics, inventory verification and supply chain coordination
- Responsible for cross-border logistics docking, customs declaration documents sorting, and order process tracking
- Assist sales team in customer communication, information translation, business data sorting and report making
- Maintain company internal operation process, optimize business operation efficiency, and ensure smooth progress of global business
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields
- Proficient in English writing, able to complete document translation and information sorting accurately
- Familiar with foreign trade operation process, document production and cross-border logistics basic operation
- Careful, patient, strong logical thinking, proficient in all kinds of office software
- Have good teamwork awareness, strong execution ability and careful working attitude
- Experience in foreign trade enterprise operation is preferred, familiar with network communication equipment industry is preferred
3. Technical Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional technical support for pre-sales and after-sales of network communication equipment
- Introduce product parameters, model matching, technical scheme formulation for domestic and overseas customers
- Conduct product testing, quality inspection and technical sorting of switches, routers, firewalls and other equipment
- Assist sales team to solve professional technical problems in business communication
- Sort out product technical data, update industry technical information, and master technical parameters of mainstream brand communication equipment
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Communication Engineering, Network Technology, Electronic Information or related fields
- Familiar with technical principles and parameters of enterprise network communication equipment, proficient in mainstream network equipment brands
- Have relevant technical experience in network equipment, able to complete product model matching and technical consultation independently
- Good English reading and writing ability, able to sort out technical documents in English
- Strong professional ability, responsible and meticulous, good at solving technical problems
