Product Overview
The Cisco PWR-C6-1KWAC/2 is a hot-swappable Config 6 1000W secondary AC power supply module designed for Cisco Catalyst 9200 and Catalyst 9200L high-density 48-port PoE access switches. It has identical electrical and mechanical specifications to PWR-C6-1KWAC and functions as the redundant secondary power unit. When deployed together with the primary PSU, it builds an N+1 redundant power architecture. This power unit provides sufficient power to sustain switch base operation and ample PoE+ power budget for wireless APs, VoIP phones, IP cameras and other powered end devices, supporting automatic power failover to maximize network uptime.

Hardware Compatibility
Compatible with Catalyst 9200 and Catalyst 9200L high-power 48-port PoE+ switch models including C9200-48P, C9200-48PB, C9200-48PXG series. It works in pair with PWR-C6-1KWAC primary power supply within the same chassis. This module cannot satisfy power demands of non-PoE switches or 24-port PoE switches that adopt 600W power supplies. If redundant power configuration is not required, the PWR-C6-BLANK filler panel must be installed to cover vacant power slots to maintain chassis airflow and EMC compliance. Mixing power supplies with different wattages in redundant mode is not recommended.
