Product Overview
The Cisco PWR-C45-1400AC is a hot-swappable 1400W AC-inputdata-only primary power supply moduledesigned exclusively for Cisco Catalyst 4500-E Series modular chassis switches. This field-replaceable unit delivers multi-rail regulated DC power to supervisor engines, switching line cards, system backplane and internal cooling subsystems.This model does NOT support PoE power delivery. It can run independently as the primary power source or pair with an identical secondary PSU (PWR-C45-1400AC/2) to establish 1+1 load-sharing redundant power architecture, eliminating single-point power outages for enterprise core and aggregation modular switching infrastructure without PoE endpoints.
