The Cisco PWR-C45-1400DC is a hot-swappable 1400W DC-inputdata-only primary power supply moduledesigned exclusively for Cisco Catalyst 4500-E Series modular chassis switches. This triple-input field-replaceable unit delivers multi-rail regulated DC power to supervisor engines, switching line cards, system backplane and internal cooling subsystems.This model does NOT support PoE inline power delivery. It can run independently as the primary power source or pair with the matching secondary unitPWR-C45-1400DC/2to establish 1+1 load-sharing redundant power architecture, eliminating single-point power outages for service provider central offices and enterprise core aggregation switching infrastructure deployed with -48VDC telecom power plants.
