The Cisco NXA-PHV-2KW-PI is a hot-swappable 2000W HVAC/HVDC hybrid Field-Replaceable Unit (FRU) power supply module engineered exclusively for Cisco Nexus 9364C-GX fixed-form factor data center switches. It featuresPort-Side Intake (Reverse Airflow / Front-to-Back Airflow)identified by burgundy handle marking and delivers high-efficiency power conversion. This versatile dual-input PSU accepts both high-voltage alternating current and high-voltage direct current power feeds, supplying stable 12VDC main power plus standby power for high-density 100G leaf-spine switching platforms. It is optimized for modern sustainable green data centers, ACI fabric deployments and facilities adopting mixed HVAC/HVDC power distribution architectures.

Important Note: All power supplies and fan trays deployed within one chassis must maintain identical airflow direction. Do NOT mix PI (port-side intake) and PE (port-side exhaust) modules. Standard AC, telecom negative -48V DC and PHV hybrid power supplies cannot be mixed in the same switch chassis.

Hot-Swap FRU Architecture
Supports online insertion and removal. Engineers can replace faulty power modules without shutting down the host switch, enabling non-disruptive in-service hardware maintenance.

Front-panel LED indicators display power input status and operational health. The module transmits temperature, voltage and fault alarm data to the NX-OS operating system via chassis backplane.
