   Delivers maximum 470W continuous power output. Supports 1+1 redundant deployment with automatic dynamic load sharing to eliminate single-point power failure risks for mission-critical edge routing platforms.
2. Positive +24VDC Wide Input Range
   Optimized for +24V DC power infrastructure:

• Input Voltage: +21 VDC ~ +36 VDC (nominal +24 / +27 VDC)
• Spring-type terminal block connector for hardwired positive DC power feeds

1. Chassis Native Fixed Rear-to-Front Airflow
   Cool air enters from the rear side of chassis, hot air exhausts toward front panel ports.
   Important Note: AC, -48VDC telecom DC and +24VDC power supply modulescannot be mixedwithin the same ASR1002 chassis. All installed power supplies must be identical model type.
2. Hot-Swap / OIR Support
   Supports Online Insertion and Removal (OIR). Engineers can replace faulty power modules without powering down the router, enabling non-disruptive hardware maintenance.
3. LED Status Indicators & Platform Telemetry
   Front-panel bi-color status LEDs monitor input power, fan health and output fault conditions. The module transmits voltage, temperature and fault alarms to the IOS-XE operating system for remote monitoring and alerting.

   Integrated overvoltage protection (OVP), overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), reverse polarity protection and short-circuit protection to safeguard both power supply and ASR1002 router hardware.
