Cisco STACK-T3A-3M is an original Cisco Type 3A proprietary StackWise-320 stacking cable with a length of 3 meters. It needs to work with C9300L-STACK-A stacking adapters to physically connect Catalyst 9300L and Catalyst 9300LM fixed-uplink switches, combining multiple independent physical switches into a single unified logical switching stack. This cable supports high-speed and stable data communication between stack members, enabling single-IP centralized management, synchronized control plane data, and seamless Layer 2 & Layer 3 traffic forwarding. The extended 3-meter length meets deployment demands for widely separated rack-mounted switches and basic cross-rack stacking scenarios.

Compatible Hardware

Important Compatibility Notice
STACK-T3A cables cannot be mixed with STACK-T1, STACK-T2 or legacy STACK-T3 stacking cables due to different physical connector designs. Catalyst 9300LM only supports STACK-T3A cables. If 9300L and 9300LM are deployed in the same stack, all stacking cables and adapters must be Type 3A. Catalyst 9300L/9300LM cannot stack with Catalyst 9300, 9300X, 3850 or 3650 switches.
