Product Overview

Cisco SFP-H10GB-CU2M is an original Cisco passive 10GBASE-CU SFP+ to SFP+ direct attach twinax copper cable with a length of 2 meters. Known as a DAC (Direct Attach Copper) cable, it is factory assembled with integrated SFP+ connectors on both ends. Compliant with SFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3ae specifications, it provides a cost-effective, low-latency interconnection solution as an alternative to optical transceivers and fiber jumpers for short and medium point-to-point connections inside data center racks and enterprise equipment cabinets.

    Supports 10GBASE-CU 10 Gigabit Ethernet and compatible Fibre Channel protocols, delivering stable 10 Gbps bidirectional data throughput for data center and enterprise network environments.

    No internal signal amplifier circuits. Typical power consumption is less than 0.1 W, effectively reducing power consumption and heat generation for high-density network deployments.

    Constructed with 30 AWG shielded twinaxial cable to suppress EMI and RFI electromagnetic interference, maintaining excellent signal integrity in densely wired computer rooms and data centers.
  6. Standard Bail Pull Latch
    Comes with pull-tab bail latches for easy insertion and removal from network equipment SFP+ ports.
